Benson Watch Company, with a valuation cap of $6.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company makes watches with an emphasis on design, quality, and comfort. The watches are made using non-reactive materials for maximum comfort and tested through several rounds of quality testing.

Marcel Benson founded Benson Watch Company in January 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum of $250,000, and the proceeds will be used for growth and streamlining the supply chain. Benson Watch Company has been named a top watch brand by New York Times. The business is currently profitable and expects to generate $15 million in revenue by 2022.


Node40, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on NextSeed. The company has developed a platform for enterprise-grade transaction tracking for tax compliance related to cryptocurrencies. It reads and evaluates activity from all crypto sources, examines it, applies financial rules, and downloads detailed audit records.

Perry Woodin founded Node40 in October 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $200,000 and a maximum raise of $750,000, and the proceeds will be used to continue and expand operations. Node40 is led by an experienced team and aims to address an enormous market of taxpayers owning or trading cryptocurrencies.


Sue Chef: Counter-Intuitive Cooking, with a $2.5 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company aims to develop SueChef, an automated kitchen robot that uses artificial intelligence to take the user out of the meal preparation equation. The product will allow hands-off freezer-to-oven cooking.

Maxwell Wieder and Eddie Holzinger founded Counter-Intuitive Cooking in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000, will be used for manufacturing of production prototypes, the launch of a marketing campaign, and finalization of the consumer app. Counter-Intuitive Cookingโ€™s SueChef will help users in saving money eating out. Also, the product will work on a recurring revenue model rather than a one-time product sale.
