Hylio, with a pre-money valuation of $35 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company makes innovative drone systems to automate agricultural processes. The automated drones of Hylio can be used by farmers to apply crop treatments directly to affected areas and increase their yields.
Arthur Erickson, Nikhil Dixit, Mike Oda, and Nicholas Nawratil founded Hylio in 2015. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $9,999.50 and a maximum goal of $1,069,995.50, will be used to accelerate the innovation rate and allow more producers to access the solution. Hylio has grown at the rate of 347% in year-over-year sales since 2019 and has customers across six countries.
RealtyHive, with a pre-money valuation of $12.5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company has developed a platform to connect real estate buyers and sellers efficiently. The platform assists the buyers and sellers in property marketing, client branding and awareness, and cash backs for buyers and sellers through Cashifyd.
Wade T. Micoley and Mark Herman founded RealtyHive in April 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum goal of $600,000 and a maximum goal of $3,000,000. The funds will be used for enhanced development of the Cashifyd app, marketing, development, and staff expansion. RealtyHive has generated $1.7 million in revenue in 2020 with an 85% adoption rate by consumers.
washbnb, with a valuation cap of $5.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company offers laundry services to Airbnb hosts, enterprise providers, and boutique hotels. Additionally, the company also provides linen rental and logistics in its service, offering convenience and sustainability for the hospitality industry.
Daniel Cruz, Brian Mandelin, and Cassondra Simpson founded washbnb in March 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $750,000, and the funds will be used towards facilities and operations buildout, research and development, sales and marketing, and onboarding and salary for new hires. washbnb generated more than $24,000 in revenue in its first year of business during the global pandemic.
